Material

      Best material is very important for ads. We use nylon coated PVC(SGS approved material) for our advertising inflatable. The flame retardant meet BS7837.

Stitching

       We double stitch everywhere, with fourfold stitch at bottom stress point. Double stitch inside and outside to make sure the inflatables are strong enough.

Printing

       We mainly have digital print, silk print and hand painting. We imported the Korean painting machine, it prints quickly and in good quality. The print ink meets  SGS standard. Further more, we make a liquid protecting film on the surface of digital printing, the liquid protection is imported . The high level painting makes AOQI product will not be sticky and color fade, and sustain a long time.

Blower

1, External CE blower spec. 220V, 50HZ, plug can be customized.

2, External UL blower 110V, 60HZ for USA area, plug can also be customized.

Anchor Raings for Fixation 

Each product will have at least 6pcs thick anchor rings to fix the inflatable. For some big games or high slide much more anchor rings on top and bottom. They make the inflatable steady enough.

Deflation

       We make enough air out zipper to deflate the inflatable more quickly for each game according to the requirement of EN14960. We do reinforcement for all the zipper joints,  there is a zipper cover by velcro to disperse the zipper's stress. We may also make a inside PVC piece to protect the zipper.

Strong package bags

   We spread air out to help deflation before roll the game, then put a band belt outside to tie it. We will use tarpaulin bag-same material as the games to pack the units so that packages will not be frazzled during delivery process. For big units, we will make extra handle band outside of the packages. In order to let you find your goods quickly, we paste a mark paper with your order number.
